OM FÖRFATTARE OCH KONSTVERK

I have always worked with art and crafts as a hobby. I have worked professionally as a teacher in crafts and later I became a manager for the Crafts department of a Study organisation. So my ambition has never been to work professionally as an artist. My artwork is inspired by my everyday life . I like to work with different styles of art work such as collages, embroideries and textile art. Often I choose a motive to sketch and then I develop it to an embroidery, collage or a painting.
